Job Summary: The Accountant will play a vital role in managing and overseeing financial transactions and records in compliance with U.S. accounting standards. The successful candidate will leverage their experience with QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage accounts payable and receivable, and support the overall financial health of the company.

Requirements
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks. Ensure all transactions are recorded in compliance with U.S. accounting principles and company policies.
• Quick books Management: Utilize QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting operations, including setting up accounts, tracking expenses, and generating financial reports. Troubleshoot and resolve any QuickBooks-related issues.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports and statements as required, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
• Financial Systems and Processes: Evaluate and optimize financial systems, processes, and controls. Implement best practices to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
• Proven experience (3 years) in accounting and financial management roles, with strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.
• Leadership qualities, including team management, decision-making, and strategic thinking.
• Commitment to integrity, ethics, and professional standards in financial management.
