Qualification Requirements:
Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) qualification.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries regarding personal loan products.
Provide detailed information about Tata Capital’s personal loan offerings.
Assist customers with the loan application process and resolve any issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications.
Collaborate with team members to meet departmental targets and objectives.
