We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls and handling inbound calls to engage with potential and existing clients. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services and generate interest.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our offerings.
Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.
Handle objections and rejections professionally and persuasively.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situations.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
