Job description, work day and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Siebel Configuration & Development:
- Design, configure, and develop Siebel CRM applications, specifically tailored to the telecom industry.
- Customize and extend Siebel applications using Siebel Tools, Business Components, Business Services, and Workflows.
- Implement Siebel CRM functionalities such as Sales, Service, and Marketing modules as per telecom industry standards.
2. Integration:
- Develop and maintain Siebel integrations with other systems, such as billing, ERP, and customer service applications.
- Use Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) for integrating with external systems.
3. Scripting & Automation:
- Write and optimize eScript and
4. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Siebel solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide training to end-users.
-Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working with Siebel CRM, with a focus on the telecom industry.
- Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting (eScript, Siebel VB), and Workflow.
- Experience with Siebel EAI, Web Services, and Open UI is a plus.
- Knowledge of telecom processes and systems is highly desirable.
- Skills:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
