One of our Kochi based Fintech client who is into Payout industry is looking for Senior Sales Manager/Regional Sales Head.

Location - Bangalore or Mumbai/Delhi

Experience - 5+ Years

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Lead and manage sales teams in the region
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
• Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to the product development team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales, specifically in the payouts platform industry
• Experience working with either Cashfree or Razorpay
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
