The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and writing various types of user documentation. The candidate should have strong communication skills, enabling them to explain complicated concepts simply.

Responsibilities

• Establishing the required guidelines and processes for the team to follow while creating the content

• Maintaining high quality and best practices in creating the content

• Research and write long form content.

• Create user documentation for a variety of materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in the Ed-tech writing industry

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to understand technical information
