Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager at The Mayra Salon and Academy in Gurgaon. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop business strategies, and ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in salon management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of beauty industry trends and products
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle various personalities
• Certification in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus
