Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at World Trade Park - India in Jaipur. The Receptionist will be responsible for:
• Greet and assist visitors, providing information and directions.
• Answer and manage phone calls; handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with mall management, security, and maintenance staff.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support mall events and promotions.
Qualifications
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Strong Customer Service orientation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
