We specialize in the production of TPE Thermoplastic Elastomers, TPR Thermoplastic Rubber, TPV Thermoplastic Vulcanizate, and Modified Compounded Polymers. Our innovative products are used across various industries and have gained recognition for their high quality and performance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring efficient production processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and continuously improve production systems and procedures.

Qualifications
• Strong background in Polymer Engineering
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in production planning and optimization
• Knowledge of quality control processes
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• ERP system knowledge and ISO system awareness
