Job Summary

Recordkeeping, Responsible for maintaining office filing and recordkeeping systems, enters, edits, and retrieves data.
Processes forms such as expenditure claims, employee attendance sheets, bank deposit forms, outward courier distribution logs, purchase requisitions and maintains databases, records, confidential files and other related information.
Document Preparation, Produces letters, memos, spreadsheets, and agendas, rough draft, requisitions and other documents, or oral instructions
Communication with Customer, and routes telephone calls, conveys information both orally and in writing, answers inquiries from clients/office staff
Acts as office receptionist greeting and directing clients, schedules and coordinates meetings for superiors
Prepare, sends, receives bulk mail, e-mail, and redirects mail, maintains inventory of office supplies and orders as necessary, operates standard office equipment.
Answer phones Calls and transfer to the appropriate staff member
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

A typical qualifying background would include experience working in an Office environment involving public contacts.
Previous office experience may be requested but this can also be entry level position
Knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, spelling, basic mathematics, numeracy and literacy skills
Knowledge of Standard types of office filing systems, standard office equipment
