HR Intern

Designation: HR/IT Recruiter Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

●Drafting and posting job descriptions

● Advertising & managing job openings on job portals and social media

● Posting jobs on our job portal

● Communicating with various agencies to source potential candidates

● Sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Referrals & Agencies

● Screening applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

● Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video call)

● Overseeing the complete hiring process, including reviewing applicants, setting up & conducting an interview

● Sending job offers, and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to processing background verification of the finalized candidates

● Maintaining detailed records of past applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations Recruitment skills:

● English proficiency and Excellent Communication Skill.

● Proficiency in using MS Office
