Role:- Executive Assistant
Salary:- Up to 35-40k
Location:- Okhla, Lajpat Nagar Delhi
Overview

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to executives and senior management. They act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate executive communications, and oversee complex schedules and travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant ensures smooth and efficient operations within the organization by handling information requests, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments and travel itineraries
• Coordinate executive communication, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients and partners
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
• Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents and presentations for meetings
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as directed
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Perform administrative and clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking
• Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Attend meetings and take detailed notes
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of expense reports and invoices
• Assist in creating and maintaining organizational policies and procedures
• Manage office supplies and equipment
• Provide administrative support to the executive team as needed
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across various levels
• Experience in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
• Professional demeanor with a positive and proactive attitude
