Job Description:
As a Surprise Event Manager at Mystery Box , you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing surprise events that leave lasting impressions. You'll be responsible for crafting unique event concepts, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution. We're looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in creative problem-solving, and can bring a sense of wonder to every event they plan.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their preferences, objectives, and requirements for surprise events.
Conceptualize and design creative event themes, activities, and experiences.
Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Source and manage vendors, suppliers, and venues for events.
Coordinate event logistics, including setup, organizing , decorations, and entertainment.
Ensure all elements of the surprise event align with the client's expectations and the company's standards of excellence.
Problem-solve and adapt quickly to unforeseen circumstances to ensure a flawless event experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovative event concepts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in event planning and management, with a strong portfolio showcasing surprise events.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas into unique event concepts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members.
Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in event management software and tools.
High level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
