Job Title: Events Management Internship

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:
• Assist with planning and coordination of event details such as venue, seating, dining, and guest management.
• Support the event team in vendor negotiations and liaise with suppliers for event needs.
• Help manage event setups, breakdowns, and follow-ups.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain event documentation and databases for efficient operation and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the event management team as needed.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of event management software and tools is a plus.
