Position Overview: MySyara is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, possess a strong customer-focused approach, and have a keen interest in the automotive industry. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding service appointments, vehicle issues, and general information about MySyara’s offerings.
• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate and schedule service appointments, optimizing technician time and resources to minimize customer wait times.
• Service Recommendations: Provide customers with information about available services, suggest additional services as appropriate, and clearly explain service processes and benefits.
Qualifications:
• Must be fluent in English.
• Speaking Arabic is a plus.
• Good communication and people skills
• Graduate
• Basic computer skills
• call centre experience is a plus.
• Intermediate skills on excel

Work Environment:
• Fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• Requires occasional standing or walking.
