Job Description:
Job Title- Strategic Change Analyst
Location- Mumbai
Role Description
You will join a small central global team in CB IB Ops & Control to support the delivery of key front-to-back (F2B) transformation priorities of the management board. You will manage initiatives for front-to-back alignment of our key businesses across technology, operations, and other infrastructure. You will be responsible for enhancing our controls, supporting our client strategy, and driving future front to bac models as well as building relationships with key stakeholders and delivering tangible value.

Your key responsibilities
As a change analyst support the workstreams within the wider CB IB F2B programmes Co-operate with all stakeholders around the globe to understand and document requirements front to back Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data and processes. Collaborating with business, operations, technology, and leaders of CB, IB, and CB/IB Central as well as other relevant stakeholders (such as divisional finance, CRM & strategy teams) Preparing regular updates/presentations for the F2B SteerCo, Group Management Committee, Management Board, and Supervisory Board, highlighting progress, and addressing key risks/opportunities in the execution of CB/IB Central’s key priorities
Your skills and experience
Working knowledge of the CB and/or IB lifecycle processes across loans, fixed income & currencies, payments (from origination, risk reviews, controls, booking & settlement, and downstream reporting) – including recent working experience in at least one of these stacks Strong project management skills with a proven track record in running change projects. Experience in process redesign, technology alignment, or data models and controls architecture Practical experience in defining and delivering the target state architecture across these dimensions – including business requirements and its translation into technical designs. Strong relationship / stakeholder management skills with strong communication skills on different seniority levels Strong MS Excel & Powerpoint skills, high affinity to project / data management – experience with project management tools is a plus (for example JIRA, dbClarity, Confluence etc.)
