Business Development Manager

We are looking for a smart and creative Business Development Manager to generate and convert Clients for Our Marketing Agency. The right candidate will move up fast in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

. Manage the funnel from lead generation to conversion

. Create and Manage relationships with shortlisted prospects for Marketing Services.

. Convince the target Buyers of the value of Podcast production Services, understand their requirements and create a custom proposal.

. Schedule and Manage Meetings for Conversion

. Conduct short online sessions for process discussion, theme selection, mapping and execution

. Coordinate with various internal and external teams.

. Actively achieve targets

. Manage the entire Sales Process across different channels

Requirements

Complete understanding of Marketing, Sales Funnels and Business Development

Great Communication skills

Ability to create presentations and sample proposals

Prior experience in Marketing or Creative Agency will be preferred

Work Experience Preferred: 1-3 years but Fresh Graduates may also apply

Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in relevant field
