Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Reservations Manager at Hotel The Royal Plaza New Delhi in Delhi, India. The Assistant Reservations Manager will be responsible for handling reservations, providing customer service, communicating with guests, assisting in sales activities, and training staff in reservation processes.

Qualifications
Reservations and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication abilities
Sales and Training experience
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task effectively
Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
