Requirements
• Higher education in HR, psychology, management, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR or related areas.
• Proven experience in organizing and coordinating internal events, including market analysis of vendors and contractor management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on event effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with colleagues of different temperaments.
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Confident use of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
• Willingness to work 100% on-site at our office in Jaipur, India.
Responsibilities
• Support and develop company employees through regular HR consultations and ecosystem process guidance.
• Organize and coordinate internal events aimed at team bonding and celebrating key achievements, including managing external vendors and contractors.
• Analyze the vendor market for event organization, evaluate and monitor the quality of their work.
• Collaborate with leaders to create favorable working conditions, maintain motivation, and improve team performance.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
• Participate in promoting the company’s internal and external brand, showcasing what makes PIN-UP a unique and great place to work.
