Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advocate specializing in Revenue and Land matters to join our team in Zundal, Chandkheda. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of property law, land acquisition, revenue cases, and related legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle legal matters related to land revenue, including disputes, acquisitions, and land transfers.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to land and property.
• Represent clients in courts, revenue offices, and other legal forums.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on land-related issues, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations.
• Liaise with government authorities, including revenue departments, for matters related to land records, mutation, and property tax.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on current legal developments in land and revenue law.
• Manage and resolve land disputes, including ownership issues, encroachments, and easements.
• Prepare and submit legal notices, appeals, and petitions as required.
• Maintain and update land records and ensure proper documentation for legal proceedings.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience of 4 to 5 years in handling revenue and land-related legal matters.
• Strong understanding of property law, land acquisition processes, and revenue law.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Gujarati and English languages.
