Job description, work day and responsibilities
1. Responsible all accounting function of Company.
2. Ensure strict compliances of standing instructions related to payments/ receivables/ advances / reports /
filings/returns etc.
3. Should monitor and ensure no pending bills / invoices at stores, all bills / invoices should be entered /passed /
processed on time, in case of any default should inform the same to the concerned authorities immediately.
4. Should provide data required by other departments for completion of their duties or for fulfillment of statutory
compliances with the consent of Manager.
5. Coordinate with the other departments / team; ensure smooth functioning and no process/ work is held up
