Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our interior designing company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, with excellent knowledge of Tally, GST, and M.S Office. The candidate should be able to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company and ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company

Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing of GST returns

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets

Manage and maintain the company’s accounting software and CRM

Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial transactions and payment processing

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in accounting

Excellent knowledge of Tally, GST, and M.S Office

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
