Job Overview:
As an Executive - Export at ACC Limited, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the export operations and logistics for the company’s products. This role is ideal for a supply chain management graduate looking to gain experience in international trade and logistics while contributing to the company’s growth in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Export Coordination: Oversee and coordinate export shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Documentation Management: Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Logistics Management: Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods.
• Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with international customers to provide updates on order status, shipment schedules, and delivery times.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure adequate stock levels for export orders.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to export control regulations and maintain knowledge of international shipping and customs requirements.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export shipments, including delays, damages, or customs holds.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on export activities, including shipment volumes, costs, and compliance status for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, and international shipping regulations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients and logistics partners.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and documentation accurately.
